Washing & Preparation:

  1. First wash: Wash the fabric separately on a delicate 30°C setting with a low spin.

  2. Pre-wash: Allow the fabric to soak completely before putting it in the machine (reduces the likelihood of white crease lines forming).

  3. If possible, divide the fabric length into two parts before washing.

  4. After washing: If white creases form, iron while the fabric is still damp.

  5. General: Use a mild detergent, preferably wool or silk soap, and do not tumble dry. Always wash before cutting and sewing, as it is very common for denim to shrink significantly on the first wash.
