Sew the bands to the hem, sleeve cuffs, or neckline – either on the inside or outside of the garment. Choose a different fabric or color for the bands sewn on the outside to create a clear contrast. Lengthen it and wear it as a dress. Shorten the sleeves for a top, or a dress.
